We offer the full complement of routine vaccinations.
-
Before providing the vaccine, the pharmacist will ask you to fill out some paperwork (see YELLOW links below if you want to get started on the process), screen you for indications, contraindications, allergies, and any other potential clinical issues. They will also explain all side effects and will answer any questions that you may have. Please allow extra time for this process.
-
We strive to keep all available vaccines in stock and do our best to accommodate walk-in patients, but we recommend you make an appointment in advance:
-
To allow us to perform an insurance coverage check
-
To make sure that we have your vaccine in stock
-
Allow the pharmacy staff to stagger other tasks so they can give you prompt attention when you arrive.
-
-
Please plan to remain in the pharmacy for 15 minutes post-vaccine so that we may observe you for possible reactions.
-
We will attempt to process all vaccines through your insurance, but in case they are not covered, we will provide you with the best possible cash price and will provide you with all necessary information to enable you to seek reimbursement from your insurance company.
-
We will inform your primary care doctor and will update the California Immunization Registry (http://cairweb.org) so that all your providers can access the database for your up-to-date vaccine status (please note that you may opt out).
-
We follow the latest CDC recommendations (see LINKS below)
