 Our process is so easy!​

1​. Make an appointment for an Initial Physician Evaluation

During your consultation, Dr. Pfahler will discuss your health, diet ,weight loss goals and lifestyle modifications.   She will provide you with a prescription for your medication (Semaglutide or Tirzepatide) tailored specifically to your weight loss needs.

2. Receive your first injection from Courtyard Clinic in 5-7 days.

​​

3. Make appointments for weekly check-ins and injections. 

Our pharmacist will check  your progress and will prepare and inject your medication.

4.  Periodical follow ups with Dr. Pfahler for evaluation and plan adjustment based on your progress.

​​

5.  Meet with our dietician as needed for a personalized evaluation and recommendations.

Cancelling an appointment​​​​

Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours prior to scheduled evaluation time will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
